Launchpad Laundry ("we," "us") provides laundry pickup, wash-and-fold, and delivery service in Chico, CA. This page explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Contact & scheduling details you give us directly: name, phone, email, pickup address, zip code, pickup preferences, and gate/porch notes.
• Payment information for subscriptions is collected and processed entirely by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number on our own systems.

How we use it

• To schedule and fulfill pickups and deliveries.
• To bill your subscription on a recurring basis via Stripe.
• To text or email you about pickup windows, delays, or account changes.
• To follow up if you join our service-area waitlist.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary information with Stripe to process payments, and with Netlify (our hosting provider) as part of normal website operation. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep pickup and contact records for as long as you're an active customer, plus a reasonable period afterward for bookkeeping. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing us.

Your choices

You can cancel or pause your subscription anytime, unsubscribe from the waitlist emails, or ask what information we hold on you by contacting hello@launchpadlaundry.com.
